Do you have experience working in Personal Support program or working with candidates who have significant barriers to employment?

Sarina Russo Job Access has been a leader in the Employment, Education and Training industry since 1979 is looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Manager.

In this role you will assist our staff to assess and provide integrated intensive assistance to highly disadvantaged candidates.

This will include:

• Provide training and support for all operations of Stream 4 services
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with community service, organisations and employers
• Deliver high quality professional services to our key stakeholders
• Assist in the development of operational guidelines and procedures
• Contribute to the achievement of performance targets and business goals and build successful, well-informed teams.

To apply for this role, you will need:

• Current drivers’ license
• Experienced Psychologist
• Previous management experience
• High level consultative, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• The ability to empathise with clients that have social and psychological needs
• Results oriented with the ability to achieve targets
• Ability to facilitate groups
• Good understanding of the local employment market
