Full Time Position - Stones Corner Location

Sarina Russo Job Access, a leader in the employment, education and training industry are seeking professional and experienced Employment Consultants to work in our Job Placement Unit at our Stones Corner office.

This will involve building relationships with local employers and, as a leader in Employment Services, we pride ourselves on our ability to help candidates achieve their goals by linking them to employers who can capitalise on their expertise. This is a challenging role, but also very rewarding knowing you can tell a candidate ‘Congratulations, you got the job!’.
In this role you will:

• network with local businesses and community groups and identify opportunities
• conduct telephone and face to face screening of candidates enquiring about employment opportunities; and
• ensure record keeping and database entries are accurate and timely

The successful applicant will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Ability to deliver quality recruitment services to our clients
• Outstanding, proven record of superior customer service
• Familiar with reverse marketing and networking
• Demonstrated record in achieving performance targets
• Strong computer skills; including proficiency in word, excel, email, internet and database
• Previous job network experience is strongly preferred
