Sarina Russo Job Access has been a leader in the Employment, Education and Training industry since 1979 is looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Manager. In this role you will assist our staff to assess and provide integrated intensive assistance to highly disadvantaged candidates. This will include: Provide training and support for all operations of Stream 4 services Develop and maintain strong working relationships with community service, organisations and employers Deliver high quality professional services to our key stakeholders Assist in the development of operational guidelines and procedures Contribute to the achievement of performance targets and business goals and build successful, well-informed teams.
